Sales Development Representative


We are looking to hire our first Sales Development Rep for our growing sales team.  We are seeking a smart and proactive candidate who is excited about making a huge impact in the NLG industry by introducing prospective customers to our one of a kind Wordsmith platform.  The goal of this position will be to qualify inbound leads as well as generate opportunities through outbound prospecting. This position will serve as a great opportunity to learn about the Ai sales process, software sales as well as the technology.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Place outbound calls and emails to support multiple campaigns and targeted prospecting efforts
  • Enthusiastically and energetically work to contact incoming leads on a daily basis
  • Understand and effectively communicate Wordsmith’s Value Proposition
  • Qualify leads by probing for the type of business and specific need
  • Passionately support Ai’s commitment to create an outstanding experience for our prospects and customers
  • Meet and exceed your assigned sales quota and performance objectives

What you will need to be successful:

  • Minimum one year related work experience required
  • Some sales experience desired
  • Strong verbal communication skills via phone and email
  • Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting daily deadlines
  • A team player who performs well independently
  • Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
